This is the first and only time i have tried this film stock. I have no intention of explaining the technical details but what it produces is basically on the tungsten side of a white balance scale. And they removed an emulsion from a movie film stock to achieve a certain effect. I suck at describing this, i know. But just think of it this way. You see the orbs where the lights are in the photos? That’s the result of whatever it is that they did.
I like the effect a lot, but the price of each roll does not justify its daily and regular use. At that price it is more of a novelty or gimmick. I’ll probably try it on a more apt event, like a concert or a fireworks show.
Used my beloved Canon P on these shots. I will dedicate a much longer post to that camera soon.
